  3. Specifies the personal name to be used when sending a message.

  5. Format:        MAIL/PERSONAL_NAME =name file-name recipient-name

  9.                Personal name to be used. Use quotes for a personal name 
  10.                greater than one word or for a name not in all uppercase 
  11.                letters.

  15.                Name of file to be sent.

  19.                Names of user(s) message is sent to.
